Our fully connected expense management solution, N2F, simplifies the daily lives of over 800,000 users through our mobile and web app.

At N2JSOFT, our team prioritizes being friendly above all else and shares the goal of becoming the European leader in HRIS solutions and expense report management.


Interested in joining our marketing team? We are currently seeking a Growth Hacker to work directly with executive management and the growth manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our expense report management product, N2F, in the DACH region, with a focus on Germany.


Your main objective will be to monitor, manage, and grow our lead generation using various digital acquisition channels and growth hacker techniques.

Other responsibilities include optimizing and monitoring SEO, SEA, and SEM campaigns, implementing outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns, managing agencies, devising new strategies, and reporting on key performance indicators to executive management.


To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is motivated, skilled in digital marketing and automation, and has at least two years of successful experience in digital technologies, traffic management, and acquisition in a B2B context.

You should also enjoy a challenge and have strong analytical skills.
