Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance measures for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry according to inspection specifications
  • Visual and functional checks, as well as measurement tests, on vehicle parts and components in incoming and outgoing goods
  • Rework/surface treatment of components
  • Ensure material flow of various parts
  • Document errors, test results, and work outcomes
  • Test and correct vehicle components in different production stages and various technologies
  • Coordinate and report to customers/clients
  • Assembly of components
  • Surface checks of painted parts for various paint defects
  • Inspection of transport damages of various components at OEM and direct suppliers

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training preferred, preferably in a trade such as automotive mechatronics, metalworking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or any other trade, but not mandatory
  • Ideally, you have some experience in quality control/incoming goods inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken, English skills
