TMS is looking to fill one 1/2 time role for this position.


Mandatory Qualifications:

• Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for

- year basis.

• A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
• Three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years leading and managing various project team sizes on _
  large or complex IT _system development projects.
• Three (3) years within the last ten (10) years of experience with either agile or hybrid agile software development processes used to develop or implement an automated solution.
• Two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years developing and/or facilitating review and approval of project management plans and deliverables for _
  large and complexIT system development projects _for government agencies.
• Three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years facilitating change control management processes in _
  large and complex_ _
  IT system_ implementations for government agencies.
• Two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years assisting with converting and migrating legacy data on a _
  large and complex_ IT system project.

Large and Complex IT System development project definition:_

A solution that has at least one hundred (100) internal end users and one hundred thousand (100,000) external users._

A solution that provides a secure data exchange interface with multiple external systems._
