Your Responsibilities:



As an in-house service technician, you will coordinate and manage technical solutions, as well as provide guidance and training to field service technicians.

The location is Essen and no travel is required.

  • Guidance and training of service technicians during commissioning and service work
  • Analysis of malfunctions and determination of technical solutions
  • Preparation of offers for troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
  • Documentation of maintenance work and ensuring timely and goal-oriented implementation of assignments
