YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the daily business of individual client managers
  • Maintenance of internal customer data
  • Creation of internal reports
  • Responding to customer inquiries and handling general customer correspondence
  • Collaboration with product areas (Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Trade & Receivables Finance) and various departments (e.g. Middle Office, Credit Analysis, Compliance/Legal, etc.) as well as other HSBC units
  • Collaboration with regional and crossregional client managers and product specialists in a highly dynamic and international environment
  • Taking on and independently handling individual topics

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ongoing or advanced studies in business administration or a comparable field
  • Strong service mentality and customeroriented thinking
  • Independent and meticulous work style with a high level of initiative
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills towards external and internal contacts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
