As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a
HR Coordinator with a focus on further education (m/f/d) for our renowned client in the aerospace industry in Bremen.


Your responsibilities:


Further education:


  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in the area of further education and development
  • Managing, implementing and ensuring audit standards for further education and all related processes (e.g. Process-Net, competency matrix, proof maintenance, documentation)
  • Booking and administratively managing courses and seminars for managers and employees
  • Coordinating and organizing inhouse further education events (time planning, resource allocation, organizational framework)

Recruiting (in the form of support services):

  • Conducting job interviews
  • Creating job advertisements and publishing them on internal and external platforms
  • Processing incoming applications according to defined standards
  • Independently screening application documents
  • Preselecting candidates based on defined criteria
  • Coordinating appointments during the selection process
  • Organizing job interviews, managing invitations, data maintenance
Supporting daily operations in the area of operational personnel work


Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications in personnel (e.g. personnel specialist)
  • Several years of practical experience in operational personnel work (preferably in an industrial company)
  • Experience in conducting job interviews
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • High
