Seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing plant near Paulsboro, NJ In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the highest food safety standards

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production across Grinding, Mixing, Stuffing, and Packaging for 4 lines and oversee 45-50 employees.
Manage multiple production rooms, adhering to HACCP & Food Safety programs, including paperwork verification.
Lead production employees, ensuring adherence to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Schedule employees and manage production requests while maintaining optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with the Plant General Manager, President, and other management team members.
Supervise raw room production and dock personnel.
Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and optimize employee time

Requirements/ Skills:
Experience in perishable food manufacturing, preferably in the meat industry.
Valid HACCP Certification.
Prior experience with GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standards a plus.
Proven management experience as a Production Manager or a Sr Production Supervisor
Independent, self-motivated, and disciplined with strong organizational skills.
