What you'll do:
- Executes content strategy best practices and looks for ways to evolve deliverables based on client, industry or market need
- Gathers and incorporates stakeholder input to defines multichannel content needs based on persona and journey insights
- Approaches every initiative with a focus on business results
- Develops strategic content deliverables (assessments, style guides, matrices, site content, editorial calendars, etc.)
- Delivers on clients' editorial standardssometimes refining or establishing standards given project needs
- Ensures collaboration and clear communication with crossfunctional teams and disciplines
- Understanding of web technologies like content management systems, marketing automation, dynamic content, ecommerce, SEO, personalization, translation/localization, etc.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years of content strategy experience for commerce
- BA or BS required
- Agency experience and expertise across planning/strategy, writing/design, analytics, or technology
- Genuine passion and curiosity about information consumption and a desire to make that experience more delightful and efficient
- Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current web and content development emerging trends
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning to broad audiences including fellow professionals, business and technical stakeholders and senior executives
- Experience solving for ongoing, personalized experiences across channels (paid, owned, and earned)
- Experience in writing and editing with a growing ability to work independently and in crossfunctional groups as needed
- Highly organized and detailoriented
