    We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer Level III to join our growing team.

    As a Software Engineer Level III, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet the needs of our clients and users.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions.

    This position reports to the Information Systems Manager.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to project requirements.
    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
    Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
    Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
    Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.
    Write automated tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
    Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
    Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in software development and engineering principles.
    Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a business relevant discipline is required
    10+ years experience in software development, with a focus on PHP, JavaScript, SQL (especially MySQL), and NoSQL (particularly MongoDB).
    Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript, including frameworks such as Symfony, React, or ExtJS.
    Strong understanding of SQL databases, with hands-on experience in MySQL.
    Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization.
    Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

    What skills will make you stand out?
    Familiarity with Git and GitHub
    Sencha ExtJS experience
    Amazon Web Services experience including S3, EC2, and RDS.
    MongoDB
    Flutter/Dart experience


    Work Setting:
    Full time
    Hybrid - 2 days in our Brookfield, WI office (not a remote position)
    Monday-Friday during normal business hours
