As an affiliate specialist at zooplus, you will work with affiliate partners to drive traffic and increase conversions through our affiliate programs.


Your responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and achieve performance targets
  • Recruit affiliate partners based on regional needs and demands
  • Cultivate relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic and boost sales
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, taking action based on findings
  • Identify and address fraudulent activities
  • Mentor junior colleagues to help them develop their skills
  • Lead test and learn projects for the department
  • Assist in organizing team workshops and crossdepartment initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • 35 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data management
  • Extensive knowledge of deal evaluation, negotiation, and test execution
  • Good command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
