We are looking for an all-round HR consultant (m/f/d) in Atco, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Expanding existing partnerships and generating new business relationships with clients and candidates
  • Responsibility for process management: acquiring new projects, conducting client meetings onsite, negotiating contracts with clients, selecting specialists and executives
  • Supporting candidates through the application process to successful job placement
  • Personal care and continuous expansion of your network

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and/or studies
  • Professional experience in sales & recruiting or a similar field
  • Passion for sales bold, fearless, and consistent
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Empathetic personality with authenticity and passion for our industry
  • Fluent
