Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project schedules and crew schedules, arrange appointments, job walks, meetings, etc.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Review schedules and progress frequently.
- Coordinate with General Contractors' project team, Subcontractors, and our internal project team to ensure proper manpower allocation, material deliveries, and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Visit various assigned project sites to check in with customers, verify installation progress and that installation is in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare and submit change orders to customers/vendors
- Prepare and submit RFI's to customers/vendors
- Follow and ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc follow all safety requirements per OSHA standards and/or project requirements.
- Ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc. are utilizing the most current drawings, specifications books, etc. in the field.
- Attend job walks, communicate with estimating team existing conditions from job walks.
- Communicate with estimating team and/or Sr Project Managers for required change order pricing on your assigned projects.
- Obtain quotes from various vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary.
- Assist with material takeoffs and placing purchase orders.
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of required weekly / monthly reporting related to work in progress, budgets, profit projections, manpower requirements, and financials.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Commercial (Hotel, Multi-Family, Tenant Improvement) Plumbing Experience
- 10+ years of Supervisory Experience in Construction
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
Pay:
$75, $100,000.00 per year

Experience:
Construction Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Managing to schedules: 3 years (preferred)
- Project Management for ground up Multi-
Submitting Change Orders: 3 years (preferred)
- Submitting RFI's: 3 years (preferred)
Commercial Plumbing: 5 years (preferred)
