- Develop and nurture connections with distribution channels through planning and technical training.
- Develop and supervise the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution.
- Generate sales that exceed the forecast for the area, contributing to Spirax Sarco's market share growth.
- Build and implement specific activities that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Cultivate customer relationships to develop repeat business in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to develop a dynamic Top 25 account list within your territory.
- Determine sales potential of companies, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans to penetrate the market, including cold calling and canvassing techniques.
- Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely quotations for products/services and expedite orders as needed.
- Ability to conduct "boardroom" style presentations for customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM business software.
