Personnel Controlling Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • As a personnel controlling clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining data in the organizational management system
  • You will also create evaluations by employee groups and based on time measurements for individual companies
  • During audits, you will prepare evaluations of employees for auditors
  • You will also be responsible for evaluations in the area of wage types and salaries
  • General office organization completes your job profile

What you bring:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some knowledge in the personnel field
  • A confident handling of MS Office and SAP is mandatory
  • You can also create and present evaluations in a understandable way
  • Your ability to work in a team and your flexibility characterize your profile
