Our Client:

Our client is a successful automotive supplier specializing in the production of vehicle electronics. With its product portfolio, the company is one of the market and innovation leaders in this industry. The company has been writing a success story for several decades, is known for its innovation and quality of products, and has made a name for itself worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production, from planning customer support to order processing and manufacturing, to timely delivery while considering agreed costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Managing 120 employees divided into 5 departments with their respective department heads in a 3-shift operation
  • Shop floor management
  • Direct communication with customers

Your Skills:

  • Engineering degree and several years of experience in production
  • Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience (with larger teams/groups)
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Good interpretation of numbers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good German and English language skills
