Care and Dignity Services LLC is a great place to work. We have been in business for six years and looking forward to growing. All of our members are fun to be around. We have indoors and outdoors activities weekly. We have group homes in Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and our New Goodyear Home. The Goodyear home is MALE STAFF ONLY, based on member needs.

Our company is looking for individuals to grow with this agency, so there are plenty of opportunities to become a Lead or Program Manager.

$15.00 per hour with raise to $16 per hour after required certifications completed and 3 months of reliable work habits


Weekends
Friday - Sunday


Weekdays
Monday - Thursday, afternoons through evenings

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Monitor individuals behavior and their daily activities.
  • Administration of medication
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Personal care
  • Goals according to ISP
  • Light housekeeping
  • Transportation to appointments and errands
  • Participate in recreational activities/outings

Qualifications:_

Must currently reside in Maricopa County_

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card
  • Valid AZ Drivers License
  • ID, Social Security Card, and Birth Certificate
  • Reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Experience in a group homes is a plus.

Requirements:_

  • Arizona Fingerprint clearance card (required)
  • CPR /First Aid Certification


  • Article

  • Prevention and Support
  • At least 2 years Caregiver experience (preferred)
  • On the job training, with attitude of learning and growth
**Assistance available to obtain required certificates and Fingerprint card.


Pay:
$ $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
