Your responsibilities:


  • Independent execution of monthly payroll and reporting
  • Point of contact for authorities and offices regarding payroll matters
  • Support and advice for employees on tax and social security issues
  • Completion of yearend tasks for the HR department
  • Collaboration in the development of processes in the payroll area and payroll software
  • Serviceoriented support for a defined group of employees

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training and ideally additional training in payroll accounting
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting and solid knowledge of collective bargaining, tax, social security, and labor law
  • Proficient in SAP and common MS Office applications
  • Good understanding of processes and analytical approach
  • Customer service orientation, high reliability, integrity, and ability to work independently
