Your tasks:

  • Development of new light sources as well as light and color measurement methods for the production of LED lights
  • Programming of light and color measurement software modules used in the development and production of lights, as well as in their firmware and application software
  • Independent specification, selection, and testing of light components, assemblies, and devices
  • Implementation of changes to light assemblies of lights, taking into account their mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal, and software properties
  • Conducting and evaluating complex light and color measurement tests and experiments
  • Utilization and further development of existing light and color measurement devices and software tools used in R&D and production
  • Providing technical support to R&D employees and other departments regarding light and color measurement issues

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, micro and system technology, physics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated practical experience in LED lighting technology and color measurement
  • Good programming skills, preferably in C/C++
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team player
  • Passion for technology and film is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
