Worksite: Warren Service Center
County: Warren
Hours Status: Full-Time, Mon- Fri, 6:45am - 3:45pm
Pay Range: $12.60 hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Clinical Support Technician will perform duties related to reception and clerical tasks in support of client services rendered at LifeSkills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Generate a professional image of the company through words and actions
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co workers throughout daily interactions
Display open communication, cooperation & the sharing of knowledge within all departments of the company
Manage a high volume of incoming calls
Must effectively manage multiple projects
Ensure timely processing of assigned data entry tasks
Audit incoming paperwork as well as own work for potential errors
Coordinate a high volume of filing while accurately maintaining the medical record
Accurately maintain cash drawer
Available to travel to other locations for coverage when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must possess typing skill level that assures projects can be completed timely & efficiently
