**Our valued client, a forefront player in the field of medical manufacturing, seeks an experienced Senior Development Engineer to join their continuously expanding team**
**Senior Development Engineer - Medical Manufacturing**
**Summary:** The Sr. Development Engineer is responsible for new converting process designs (primarily Rotary) to help client's live our Purpose, and provide extraordinary customer experiences.
**Compensation:** $93,000 - $117,000 per year | **Location:** St. Paul, MN
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop converting processes for customer product designs targeting (>80% success).
+ Lead development processes meeting customer and manufacturing expectations for quality, cost, and reproducibility.
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma tools, ensuring considerations like SMED, quality plans, and process capability are addressed.
+ Act as the primary technical interface with customers, suppliers, and consultants for new products.
+ Support sales in communicating the value of development runs to customers.
**Requirements:**
years of engineering experience.
+ Proficiency in Rotary Converting.
+ Familiarity with GMP, ISO13485, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
+ Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation, preferably for medical products.
+ CAD experience in designing rotary tools.
