- Enlighten others regarding change management and culture initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
- Produce key communications and toolkits to support adoption
- Identify and then implement communication strategies with Business Units to support the Transformation
- Partner with BU Change Managers in the implementation Comms strategy and support them as needed
- Provide change communications best practices to help corporate communications and transformation programs create engaging and compelling messages and assist in development if necessarySection - Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How

- Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies

- Ability to measure and analyze data
