- Enlighten others regarding change management and culture initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
- Produce key communications and toolkits to support adoption
- Identify and then implement communication strategies with Business Units to support the Transformation
- Partner with BU Change Managers in the implementation Comms strategy and support them as needed
- Provide change communications best practices to help corporate communications and transformation programs create engaging and compelling messages and assist in development if necessary
- Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies
- Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment
- Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management
- Strategic thinking and solving problems regarding organizational and behavioral challenges
- Experience leveraging leading change management practices
- Ability to measure and analyze data
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading complex large-scale organization-wide communications and communication strategies
- Experience managing change initiatives for global transformations with successful outcomes
- Experience working with a diverse and multinational employee population
- Bachelor's Degree in Business HR Management, Organizational Psychology or other related fields
- Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification
- Masters degree in business, communications, or related field
- Collaborates with Change Managers across BUs to deliver effective change management solutions that prepare employees for transformation efforts and new ways of working
- Facilitates education and training to build change management capabilities across the organization
- Coordinates with the Program Management COC in the planning and execution of large-scale change management programs to ensure identification and optimal timing of appropriate change activities
