We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with a deep understanding of overall solutions and strategies. Our company's success is always a team effort; therefore, we would be delighted if you would join our international team in a leadership role and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.

With these tasks, you will support our team:

  • You will conduct company webcasts and support them with UC technology such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing
  • You will plan, conduct, and track multiple meetings
  • You will stay informed about virtual event technology and always be up to date
  • You will be responsible for the connection between facilities and booking teams
  • You will coordinate webcast productions
  • You will participate in customer meetings and phone conferences to identify issues and provide recommendations

What you bring to the table:

  • Desired degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in IT as a telecommunications and webcast specialist
  • Good knowledge of current platforms and social media technologies is advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, MS Live Events, Pearl 2, IBM (Ustream), Webex Meeting, WebEx Events, Jira, VC systems
