Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards such as ISO Collaborate with auditors for SOC 2 audits and lead efforts for FedRAMP compliance.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats. Provide regular compliance reports to management.
Monitor IT systems' health and provide firstline technical support to endusers, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of enduser devices and promptly address IT incidents.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for endusers, including client network and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IT operations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions connecting different software systems using webhooks, APIs, and other methods.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and perform optimization of performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve integrationrelated issues, collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Possess strong understanding and experience in IT operations, technical support, networking, security, and server administration, ensuring compliance and system reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and audit processes, along with strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
Proven experience in IT operations and technical support roles.
Familiarity with system integrations, particularly with webhooks and APIs, and proficiency in working with integration tools and platforms.
Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with familiarity with project management software and methodologies.

Pay:
$65, $90,000.00 per year
