Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards such as ISO Collaborate with auditors for SOC 2 audits and lead efforts for FedRAMP compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats. Provide regular compliance reports to management.
  • Monitor IT systems' health and provide firstline technical support to endusers, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of enduser devices and promptly address IT incidents.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for endusers, including client network and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IT operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions connecting different software systems using webhooks, APIs, and other methods.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and perform optimization of performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integrationrelated issues, collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Possess strong understanding and experience in IT operations, technical support, networking, security, and server administration, ensuring compliance and system reliability.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and audit processes, along with strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in IT operations and technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, particularly with webhooks and APIs, and proficiency in working with integration tools and platforms.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with familiarity with project management software and methodologies.

Pay:
$65, $90,000.00 per year
