Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for aHealthcare Compliance Manager, Vision , located in Irvine, California.
The Healthcare Compliance Manager will support Johnson & Johnson Vision and will primarily be responsible for implementation and support of programs designed to ensure the Company's business activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and Johnson & Johnson's high standards of integrity.
This position will play a key role interfacing with the business to maintain open lines of communication, prevent and detect non-compliance, and provide strategic guidance on initiatives that have health care compliance implications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance oversight and partner with business and functional stakeholders to reinforce compliance principles.
- Act as a consultant, reviewer, and approver for business activities that involve HCC risks.
- Support the assessment of potential compliance risk areas and the development of risk mitigation plans.
- Partner with crossfunctional team including the Law Department, Government Contract Compliance, and Privacy in support of the relevant business unit's activities.
- Facilitate implementation of HCC policies and procedures.
- Provide appropriate guidance and regular communications on HCC topics to all relevant employees.
- Conduct testing and monitoring; implement corrective actions to close gaps identified during audits, assessments, testing and monitoring.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine source of compliance risks, identify gaps, and recommend and implement appropriate remediation.
- Review and approve business transactions completed with health care professionals and entities, ensuring the activities reflect those permitted under HCC guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of businessrelated experience.
- Knowledge of Health Care Compliance programs and policies, Federal health care programs, and FDA requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, maintain relationships and partnerships with peers and business partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to all levels of the company.
- Engaging and personable demeanor; selfdirected, detailoriented, motivated; demonstrates a high level of accountability, leadership, and decisiveness.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare compliance related to business development and thirdparty risk management.
- Knowledge of commercial sales, marketing, research and development practices for healthcare products.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering solutions that drive compliant growth.
- CCEP accreditation or similar compliance certification.
