Description
Call Liza Rodriguez for quick phone screen $38.00 an hour plus OT (NOT Flat)We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an engineering-focused Vehicle Technician to support the readiness of its fleet vehicles.
We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior technician experience.
As a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, you'll:
Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage (may need to travel locally to perform this work on occasion).Sync with the shop foreman to ensure all vehicles are in a "ready" state for demonstration and testing requirements.
Coordinate and drive the repair process.
Create diagnostic test plans as the team sees fit.
Maintain service records and document quality field reports.
Maintain shop facilities, ensure tools are in order and workspace is in excellent working condition.
Assist with parts inventory, location and organization.
Build an excellent service experience for internal teams and business partners.
