Your tasks include:

Advice and support of our corporate customers on all questions related to payment systems and online banking Conducting support services and error analyses for technical problems Support and training of our corporate customers in the use of card readers and other electronic payment methods Installation of online banking programs and card terminals Consultation on payment transaction processes in the company Your profile As a recruiter for VR Bank Schleswig-Mittelholstein eG, we are looking for a Payment Services Advisor with a completed commercial education and ideally first experience in the field of payment transactions.
