About Us:
Beverly Bar is the newest Bar and Restaurant in Beverly Hills.

We are an inviting, upscale cocktail bar that gives off the spirit of vintage Beverly Hills while being a comfortable neighborhood bar and eatery.

The menu is a combination of elevated bar food, California small plates, and a regularly rotating list of seasonal dishes.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and professional Host/Hostess to join our team.

The Host/Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with a menu and a brief explanation of the dining experience
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant's reservation system
• Seat guests in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring all guests are comfortable and attended to
• Monitor the dining room and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of guests and to anticipate and resolve any issues
• Assist servers and bartenders in the dining room as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including tables, chairs, and floor
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in restaurant management software
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Positive attitude and teamoriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent
