    Description

    The Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site maintenance services for Stratasys additive manufacturing equipment, assisting GoEngineer staff with technical issues, and handling 3D print jobs for prospect benchmarks.



    Responsibilities:
    - Install Stratasys equipment and provide operator training.
    - Offer technical support to customers for efficient equipment operation.
    - Perform maintenance on Stratasys equipment at customer sites.
    - Manage administrative tasks related to customer calls and service reports.
    - Build and maintain relationships with customers and sales partners.
    - Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    - Identify sales leads and provide feedback to the sales team.
    - Educate customers on corporate initiatives and product offerings.
    - Evaluate and process benchmarks from prospect data.

    Requirements:
    Education: Technical trade school studies or equivalent experience.
    Experience: Minimum 3 years in field service, understanding of electro-mechanical equipment, problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
    Personal Attributes: Hands-on approach, positive attitude, adaptability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel and provide support outside regular hours.
