We are searching on behalf of our client, a globally operating provider of customized solutions and services for hydropower plants, the pulp and paper industry, the steel industry, and various other specialized industries, for a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) for permanent employment through direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities include time management, assignments, and travel expense accounting.
  • You actively engage in occupational health and safety.
  • Maintenance and control of the time recording system falls within your area of responsibility.
  • You ensure accurate and complete salary accounting.
  • You support the field team in organizing their assignments in client companies.
  • You manage the company's integration management.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a qualified vocational training with an additional qualification as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d).
  • Your expertise extends to human resources, particularly in the areas of time management and salary processing.
  • You have a solid knowledge of labor law, tax law, and social security law.
