Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThis position is for an Implementation Specialist role who will be working across multiple instances of a customized version of Salesforce for the Registered Investment Advisory space.
Petersburg, FL, working directly with the Lead Implementation Specialist and SVP in ensuring quality customization and administration work on the Dynasty CRM Platform.
A successful candidate must be able to work and communicate successfully with Client Success Managers and Support Desk teammates, in addition to being adept at collaborating with 3rd party technology vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily administration and customization of approximately 50 different instances of Salesforce, balancing tactical and strategic project workloadCreate and manage complex workflows utilizing declarative tools in SalesforceDevelop and deploy customized reports and dashboards to CSM specificationsTrack and estimate resources spent on projectsManage work between multiple resources for weekly sprintsManage and execute complex system conversion projectsSetup integrations to other platformsThoroughly test and QA all work done by the Implementation teamWork with 3rd party developers and divide project effort between internal and external resources, managing project timeframes and budgetExport, transform, and import data between systemsCraft work item descriptions and document changes to instancesKeep abreast of Salesforce releases and new features and provide recommendations for new features to incorporate into the systemAbility to successfully navigate a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and complex challengesRequirements Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Excel1-3+ years of Salesforce administrator experienceUnderstanding of relational databasesDiligent and detail-orientedAbility to translate business requirements into implementation workDesire to learn and grow with the team, expectation is that a successful candidate will grow into a leadership roleAbility to learn new skills and onboard new technologyFlexibility to adapt to rapidly growing teamKnowledge of Salesforce triggers, workflows, and process builder preferredKnowledge of SOQL/SQL preferredExperience in Wealth Management/Financial Services space preferredExperience with Salesforce ISV partners/overlays, specifically Practifi, is a plus
