    Data Analyst
    12+ Months Contract
    Dallas, TX (onsite)

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop Source Data for B2B Targeted Audiences:
      • ssist in developing source data for various marketing channels such as Sales, Call Centers, Direct Mail, Search, and Email Distribution.
      • Utilize programming skills to contribute to audience creation processes.
    • Transition to Customer Data Platform (CDP):
      • Support the transition from traditional audience creation methods to a CDP.
      • Implement real-time, data-driven, and signal/preference-based approaches for audience creation.
    • Programming Languages:
      • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL is a must.
      • Knowledge of Python is a plus for enhancing data processing capabilities.
    • Cloud Database Management:
      • Experience working with cloud databases, with a preference for Snowflake.
      • Manage and optimize database performance and efficiency.
    • Data Mining:
      • Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
      • Identify patterns and trends to support marketing strategies.
    • Business and Data Analytics:
      • pply business analytics and data analytics principles to interpret data and inform decision-making.
      • Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and audience targeting.
    • Passion for Data Quality:
      • Maintain a strong commitment to data integrity and quality.
      • Continuously drive improvements in data processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    Top 5 Skills:
    • Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
    • Experience with cloud databases, preferably Snowflake.
    • Data mining expertise to extract insights from large datasets.
    • Strong business analytics and data analytics skills.
    • Passion for data integrity and continuous improvement.
