- Serve as lead agronomist addressing inquiries on crop health, pest control, soil quality, herbicide impacts, crop damage, growth stages, & weather influences
- Set & oversee annual sales goals aligned with company objectives, while being accountable for achieving profitability targets & expense management
- Assist with the development of the company budget by forecasting sales volumes, projected margins, & expense items
- Ensure profitable sales growth through strategic marketing, competitive analysis, & effective management of employees
- Follow Environmental Health & Safety, OSHA, DOT, & company policies & procedures
- Stay current on industry knowledge including all agronomy products & services
- Work with Agronomy team to develop goals & action plans
- Recruit, select, & retain quality personnel
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy or related, or relevant agronomy sales/management experience
- Minimum 3 years' ag sales/management experience
- Proven experience leading an Agronomy Sales team &/or Agronomy location
- Must have & maintain valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, & ability to travel independently as needed
