We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Coordinator with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective customer relations. Constantly answering calls and providing customers with updates on their orders.
- Work across all departments to review & coordinate customer requests with production planner & production team. Assist with customer purchase order changes and issues.
- Organize and communicate the daily priorities to production manager, production planner, team leads as required.
- Coordinate with production managers and production leads to determine progress of work and completion dates to provide daily & weekly visibility for customer reports.
- Assist production planner & work with inventory in providing Kanban component fulfilment.
- Coordinate with production planner & Sales to manage customer forecast reports for LTA/Kanban.
- Updating and prepare daily work orders. Handle revised PO's, revision control process.
- Data entry, filing, scanning to support our production team.
- Coordinate with production & work across all department to compile internal reports for management when required.
Requirements/Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
- Familiar with ERP/MRP system in a production environment.
- Detail oriented with an ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Great time management skills. Must demonstrate effective clerical, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18-$20 per hour, depends on experience
