    Description

    Fleet Supervisor

    Gabrielli Kenworth of NJ, LLC is currently seeking a Fleet Supervisor to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet customers

    Listen to customers description of the problem or service needed then determine the type of service required Estimate costs

    Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance

    Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test

    Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs

    Prepare a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for the service

    Write brief descriptions of the customers concerns on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem

    Explain work performed and repair order charges to the customer

    Handle customer complaints

    Schedule service appointments

    Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival if possible

    Greet customers in a friendly manner

    Test drive vehicle with customer to confirm the problem

    Provide complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

    Keep in contact with the customer about time

    Open and close repair orders

    Check on the progress of repairs throughout the day
