Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire HR administration for Switzerland and Italy (contracts, employment references, confirmations, general correspondence, etc.)
  • Contact with social insurance, authorities, and related administrative tasks
  • Preparation of payroll tasks (entering changes)
  • Management of sickness and accidents
  • Responsible for accurate timekeeping in Switzerland and Italy
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support in recruitment
  • General support for the HR

Business Partner Qualifications:

  • Commercial education or equivalent experience
