Glass installers since 1926
As Store Manager responsible for all aspects of running the business including:
Financial statement sales and profitability of the business.
Hiring, firing and employee development.
Oversight of all operations including quotations, customer communication, scheduling, and installation of products.
Leadership, Management and Accountability.
Customer service.
Management experience required. Ideal candidate will have experience in home service/repair trade (windows, flooring, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Residential flat glass experience preferred but not required.
Must be capable of assisting in the field as required.
