We are currently seeking a new team member to join our customer support team as a Customer Support Representative for our fiber optic hotline in Hamburg (with the possibility of remote work in Düsseldorf for suitable candidates).

Description:
We are urgently looking for a new team member to join our fiber optic hotline in Hamburg for the following tasks:


What to Expect:

  • Working in telephone customer support |

BUT:
This is not a traditional call center and there is no sales involved

  • Monday to Friday business hours (usually 8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Answering phone calls and emails related to electric mobility
  • Providing telephone support for our fiber optic hotline
  • Scheduling phone appointments with end customers for the installation of fiber optic connections (no sales, no cold calling, existing customers of Deutsche Telekom)
  • Documenting activities in the ticketing and scheduling tools of the customer
  • Forwarding unresolved tickets to responsible construction managers

What You Bring:

  • Ideally, experience in operating customer hotlines (call centers, etc.) or in customer service
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Satisfying customers is important to you and you enjoy helping to solve customer issues and problems
  • You stand out with your friendly demeanor
