*Job Description:
Your monthly gross salary is between 2,200 and 2,500 euros.

You will be working with approximately 120 well-trained colleagues who are all part of the same project, with a majority of them being highly experienced.

They will be there to support you and provide guidance as needed. Your main task will be to solve customer issues. You will be speaking with customers who use Samsung products, either in their household or Samsung phones and/or tablets.

Your training will last approximately 4 weeks, with the first 3 weeks being full-time. After that, part-time schedules of 20 hours or more are possible. The position is located at our office in Duisburg, easily accessible by public transportation. You can find us in the Duisburg Old Town in the building with the little tower.


Our management team is very professional and will provide intensive support during your first few months, ensuring that you feel comfortable in your role as soon as possible.
