Outside Salesperson Requirements
Outside Sales - This position is responsible for Customer Relations and Service in territory.

• Schedule: Min 8 Hrs. Day 40 Hrs. week Monday thru Friday. Work weekends when required.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Develop Call List focusing on Target Customers, Existing Customers, and Cold Calls.
• Use current Sales Call Software, Map My Customer (MMC) to plot sales routes and Update MMC with call activities and check ins at time of visit.
• Update MMC with activity notes and POC information.
• Make 710 face to face visits per day (depending on area covered by route) more is always better.
• Provide minor service/ repairs in the field if needed
• Deliveries when required
• Train customers on proper usage of Stud Welding Equipment

Qualifications:

• Self motivated individual looking to grow sales territory
• Outside sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to use a computer to use sales software
• Valid drivers license
• Comfortable with cold calling to drum up new business
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Ability to understand customers concerns and come to a resolution when required
• Learn and teach stud welding to customers and individuals
• Must have a vehicle (truck preferred)
• Comfortable in fabrication and construction atmospheres

Pay:
$25/hour DOE+ vehicle allowance. Commission opportunities available

Potential to transition from Hourly to salary.
