VP Operational Risk (m/f/d) at Remerton

Remerton, a leading global universal bank with its European headquarters in Frankfurt, is currently seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, review, and report operational risks, events, losses, and other issues
  • Support the team in conducting Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and associated Scenario Analysis
  • Monitor operational risk Key Risk Indicators
  • Assist in the development of the operational risk management framework
  • Manage operational risk within the established risk appetite framework of the bank
  • Create and revise operational risk policies and procedures
  • Prepare management information reports and presentations
  • Conduct analysis and liaise with various stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and monitoring
  • Manage the NPS process to meet bank and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare presentations for the Product Approval Committee

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
