    Position Summary

    Our Expeditors help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and dining area.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure communication in the kitchen by calling out orders and getting status on dishes.
    • Ensure efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen.
    • Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority.
    • Assist in final preparation of dishes.
    • Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
    • Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
    • Must have a Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
    • Must have Alcohol Awareness Card.
    • Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
    • Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    What We Are Looking For:
    • Prior expo experience is preferred.
    • Well-organized and ability to lead and direct people.
    • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
    • Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
    • Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and communicate effectively.
    • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.
