For our IT Service team, we are looking for an IT employee (m/f/d) for 1st and 2nd level support.
You will be part of a motivated and dynamic team responsible for supporting around 400 PC workstations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries from our employees, directly contributing to the efficiency and satisfaction of our company. If you enjoy solving IT issues and working in a team, then you are in the right place with us.

Tasks
- Supporting users in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to hardware and software, as well as analyzing IT disruptions
- Management of Active Directory objects
- Provision and support of IT workstations
- Management of mobile devices in cloud MDM
