Your Profile:

  • You are a Heilerziehungspfleger, Heilpädagoge or state-recognized educator m/f/d and have already gained initial experience in child and youth welfare.
  • You are not bothered by shift work and occasional weekend shifts?
  • You are characterized by teamwork, initiative, empathy and reliability.

Your Tasks:

  • You support and promote adolescents between the ages of 12 and 16 who come from challenging family situations.
  • You act as a substitute parent, entertainer, comforter and protector.
  • You work in small residential groups of approximately 7 people.
