Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working ability to work within a variety of recruiting tools, such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), while maintaining a focus on accuracy, timely entry, and overall data integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work on an asneeded basis, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Highly motivated and selfdirected individual
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful background and drug screening check.

Preferred Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a recruiter for cleared positions on government contracts.
  • Prior experience working in intelligence surveillance & reconnaissance; modeling simulation or software engineering fields.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience in human resources with emphasis in recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking and workflow systems.
  • Experience with ADP.
