**Position Overview:**
Coordinate communications with owner/operators before, during, and after the execution of their tendered loads. Relay information regarding the location of company assets (racks) to owner/operators. Act as a liaison between carrier partners, Terminal Manager, and internal departments.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):**
Communicate with owner/operators in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Communicate detailed service expectations to owner/operators
Liaise between owner/operators and internal departments
Work with management on productivity, maintenance, carrier satisfaction, and development
Communicate pickup and delivery exceptions to planner, customer service, and/or customer
Provide carriers with the information they need to provide excellent service
**Qualifications & Skills:**
High School or Equivalent
1-3 years experience in transportations/logistics environment or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude
Some mechanical skills and knowledge, some heavy lifting
Must be able to use a computer
Being fluent in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
