- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Utilize data analytics and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Support field operations by providing financial guidance and analysis to optimize performance.
- Lead and participate in special projects focused on accelerating productivity and driving business growth.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
