    Job Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Estimator. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of roofing projects, analyzing project plans and specifications, and preparing accurate and detailed project proposals.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in roofing estimation and cost analysis is a plus but willing to train the right applicant.
    • Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Ability to visualize in 3D is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
    • Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools
    • Valid driver's license
    • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
