For our headquarters in Mainz, we are currently seeking a full-time (39 hours/week) Team Leader for Building Cleaning (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing selected Aclients through the operations manager
  • Leading a small team of approximately 3 site managers
  • Planning and monitoring the execution of special services
  • Ensuring compliance with our quality standards
  • Taking responsibility for achieving company goals
  • Managing, guiding, and providing further training for the assigned commercial employees (mentioned Aclients)
  • Conducting regular site and quality inspections (companywide)
  • Fulfilling documentation requirements
  • Ensuring timely payroll processing
  • Managing budget responsibilities

Your profile

  • You have knowledge in business administration
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position/industry
  • You have a strong focus on service, customer orientation, and providing excellent service
