Branch Manager.

The Opportunity

Growth creates opportunity We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach.


As a Branch Manager, you'll:

  • Lead all operations and team members in a growing $3.9M+ branch.
  • Have full P&L responsibility for the branch.
  • Support and guide Account and Production Managers
  • Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes.
  • Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment.
  • Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities.
  • Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community.
If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:

  • 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing highperforming teams.
  • Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
  • Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader.
  • Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
